Academic Partnerships

To show our commitment to the mission of collaborating to advance POCUS in family medicine together, we have partnered with family medicine organizations to form an advisory committee for the network. The advisory group ensures mission-driven accountability and a family medicine-first strategy by providing cross-organizational guidance and serving as a liaison to the national family medicine organizations. We are also proud to say that this project is a collective partnership of individuals and academic sites from around the country.
We are extremely thankful for the support and guidance from our advisory committee:
AAFP Representative: Karen Mitchell, MD, FAAFP
ACOFP Representative: Nils Brolis, DO, FACOFP, CHSE
ADFM Representative: Shalina Nair, MD, MBA
STFM Representative: Gretchen Irwin, MD, MBA
AFMRD Representative: Grace Chen Yu, MD, FAAFP
